⚡ PPC MANAGEMENT

PPC management from a direct partner, not an agency machine.

Google, Bing, Meta, Amazon, eBay and Walmart ads, managed by the person who runs your account and built to grow leads and sales.

Why It Matters
Paid ads work when someone is accountable for the numbers.

Many agencies hand your account to a rotating team and send a report. We run campaigns against a goal you agree on, and you have a direct line to the person doing the work.

Run campaigns against a number you agreed on, then scale what works.

How We Work

We review your goals, margins and any existing campaigns, and agree on the numbers that matter to you.

02

Build the Structure

Campaigns are organized around what makes you money first, with the right targeting for each channel.

03

Launch & Test

We start with focused test campaigns, watch real search term and sales data, and adjust.

Test → Scale
Structured testing framework, then scaled budget without losing efficiency
Went from "what if we tried this" to a repeatable Meta ads system — sharp communication, and campaigns that kept performing as spend increased.
"Excellent communication — they're sharp, care about our business, and clearly know how to drive performance."Alex Irvin, eCosmetics

Same Spend, Stronger Return
Held budget steady, sharpened targeting — return climbed on the same spend
Managing paid search for a luxury watch retailer means the targeting has to be precise — broad traffic doesn't convert. Rather than scale budget, campaigns were rebuilt around their ideal buyer and tightened through ongoing optimization, pushing return up meaningfully without spending more.
"They rapidly scaled up the account while maintaining strong ROI."Daniel Yi, CMO — Bob's Watches

Broad Match → Signed Cases
Rebuilt a broad-match account into a precision one — traffic quality, then case volume, went up
Inherited an account leaking spend on broad-match keywords and low-quality clicks. Rebuilt it around phrase and exact match with controlled broad testing, then layered in call recording to see which calls actually became cases — not just which ones came in.
"Very happy with the service, the professionality, and the results produced."Carl Wurfel, Preferred Immigration Services

Amazon Ads → Google Ads
Zero → 3x ROAS
Built the Amazon account from single test campaigns into a full multi-product portfolio
Started with a handful of small manual test campaigns on Amazon and grew the account into a real portfolio — multiple product lines and a Canada launch — generating over $100K in Amazon sales across 430+ orders, at about 3.1x ROAS. That same channel discipline now runs their Google Ads account, holding a similar return today.
"Never knew we could generate sales through Google and Amazon in such a way — very motivated and professional."Alex Santos, Latux Diamond Blades & Latux Epoxy

FAQ
Questions we get asked most.
What does PPC management include?

We set up and manage paid ads on Google, Bing, Meta, Amazon, eBay and Walmart. That covers campaign structure, keyword, audience and product targeting research, budget and bid management, search term review with negative targeting, conversion tracking and clear reporting.

What does PPC management cost?

Our management fee is a percentage of ad spend, from 20% down to 10% as your spend grows, with a minimum of $1,000 per month.

How much ad spend do I need?

We recommend at least $1,500 per month in ad spend. Some industries need more because cost per click varies widely, and we provide specific budget proposals based on your industry.

How long does it take to see results?

Plan on about 3 months for reliable results. The first weeks are for collecting data and cutting waste, so judging earlier usually means stopping right before the account starts to learn.

Do I need a long term contract?

No. We work month to month, though we strongly recommend giving campaigns at least 3 months.

Who creates the ad creative?

Ad creative is normally supplied by you. If you want us to produce it, graphic design and video editing are separate services at a separate cost.

Which channel should I start with?

If people already search for what you sell, start with Google. If they need to discover you, start with Meta. If your customers shop on marketplaces, start with Amazon, eBay or Walmart.

Who manages my account?

You work directly with the person running your campaigns, not an account manager passing messages along.
