What is a Google Business Profile?
It is the free listing that shows your business on Google Search and Google Maps, with your hours, phone number, website, photos and reviews.

A complete profile build, categories and services optimized for local search, and Insights and analytics set up so you can see how customers find you. You also get a review response framework with templates ready from day one.
How does the process work?
There are four steps. We claim and verify your listing, build out the full profile, set up review management, and hand it off with a walkthrough of your Insights.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the difficulty of the job, with a $500 minimum. Standard Setup is $500 for a new or unclaimed listing. Ownership Reclaim is $750 for a listing already claimed by a previous owner, employee or agency. Suspended and Complex Cases start at $500. Every project starts with a quick assessment, so you know your tier before any work begins.
How long does it take?
Most standard setups are completed within 1 to 2 weeks. Verification is the longest step and Google controls it. Ownership reclaims and suspended listings take longer, often several weeks.
Can you fix a suspended or duplicate listing?
We diagnose the problem and attempt reinstatement. Google does not guarantee success, so neither do we. We tell you which tier you fall into before any work begins.
Does my business qualify for a Google Business Profile?
Google decides eligibility. During the free assessment we check your business against Google's guidelines and tell you honestly before work begins. Fully online businesses without in person customer contact are often declined. Our fees cover the work completed, so if Google declines a profile, we review any remaining balance case by case.
Do you manage the profile after setup?
Setup includes review response templates so you can handle reviews yourself. If you would rather not, we offer ongoing management separately, starting at $500 per month, month to month.
What do I need to provide?
Your legal business name, address or service area, phone number, website, business hours, main category, list of services, logo and photos. We also need manager access to the Google account that will own the profile, and someone available to complete verification by phone, text, email or video. For reclaims, any details about the current owner or agency. For suspended listings, any suspension notice and business documents such as a license.
